About Kate

Hi, I’m Kate - a multidisciplinary artist, performer, storyteller, and astrologer based in Brooklyn.

My work blends ritual, performance, and pop culture to explore big questions about time, identity, and transformation. I create immersive experiences that invite audiences to participate - not just observe. Whether it’s The Factory, my immersive rock party inspired by Andy Warhol’s infamous art studio, or my YouTube deep dives into forgotten icons and cultural cycles, I’m interested in how stories shape us - and how we shape them back.

Before moving to New York, I worked professionally as a dancer and choreographer, creating movement for over 20 musical productions. That foundation in theatrical storytelling and physical expression continues to shape my work across every medium.

After landing in New York in 2013, I moved into comedy and storytelling. I love live storytelling and am a proud Moth Slam winner. I was also the co-founder of OK Meatplace, a six-person sketch comedy ensemble that performed a monthly show in Chelsea for several years. These experiences eventually led to me creating The Factory, a full-length immersive show that combines live music and dance, audience interaction, and physical art making with the rise-and-fall cycles of fame.

You can also find me on YouTube, where I create deep-dive videos about Warhol Superstars, punk rock history, and pop culture icons. My channel explores the same themes I return to in all my work: cycles of time, the power of myth, and the stories we tell to make sense of ourselves.

Currently I serve as the choreographer and backup singer/dancer of Reality Bites, a high-energy ‘90s cover band that’s equal parts performance, party, and pop-culture time-warp.

When I’m not performing, I offer astrology readings for clients seeking insight, clarity, or just a new way of seeing their story. My approach is intuitive and grounded - I use the birth chart as a tool to uncover patterns, potentials, and deeper understanding.

Whether it’s through a performance, a reading, or a deep-dive video, everything I do is rooted in connection and storytelling. I make things that invite people in - things that reflect the mess, beauty, and rhythm of being alive.
